Was the customer notified they will need to come back for a 500km check and have the required QR stickers been fitted to the Customers OEM Manual as required?

Was the gvm kit fitted to a vehicle from a different state or area? If yes did you notify the customer a 500km check will need to be performed at the nearest facility once receiving the vehicle?

If no tray/weight or accessories were fitted to the vehicle at time of completion, was the customer notified that the suspension including pinion angle will need to be adjusted once weight is applied or full build completed?

Has the rear seats been removed for the 5 seat vehicle approval or is the vehicle the 7 seat approval ?
