GVM ORDERS: When placing a new GVM order please ensure all details are correct and you have also viewed all new news & updates on the dash board to ensure the kit you are ordering is still available to your area. By placing this order you agree that you will fill out the SSM plate section and data sheet section before the vehicle is handed back to the customer.
SSM PLATES: it is a two-week turnaround from the day all info is received, *NOTE* Any errors or changes on an installer end whether that be Incorrect or changed vin, GVM, Cab style and Invoice/Job/Customer/Seat Limit will instantly warrant a second two week turn around (From the day plate is received at Jmacx) to rectify ssm plate and in turn a bill of $800 to rectify said plate. As a federal facility you are legally obligated to follow these steps.
VEHICLE DATA SHEET: After completion of vehicle you must complete all required information, forms & images under the vehicle data sheet tab. Failure to provide the required information from Installers will result in the installer not being allowed to order further kits until the info and forms required are provided. 500-KILOMETRE CHECK: As a Jmacx facility you are obligated to conduct a 500-Kilometres full vehicle safety check on every Jmacx kit fitted or if the customer is not local to the installer insure in writing so that customer is aware that it is a requirement to do so & that they are required to take it to there nearest Jmacx facility or qualified mechanical facility.
Customers can contact their nearest JMACX Facility or your local Ironman 4×4 store or authorised retailer to arrange an inspection and replacement of the product.
